Former BJP President of Gujarat Vijay Rupani today took over as Chief Minister of the state.
He was administered the oath of office and secrecy by the Governor OP Kohli in Gandhinagar a shortwhile ago. Nitin Patel was sworn-in as Deputy Chief Minister.
BJP National President Amit Shah, Union Ministers Arun Jaitely, Nitin Gadkari, Senior party leader LK Advani and Chief Ministers of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh were among those who attended the swearing in ceremony held at Mahatma Mandir.
